SPECIAL NOTICE
For the 2008-2009 Season, Dennis Ottey has transitioned the management for the season to Brady Schafer who has generously volunteered to take on this task.  Guy  and Dennis will work with Brady to ensure the continued success of our work on behalf of Agape House.  Brady has lined up an outstanding array of returning and new talent.  Additionally, 2nd Saturday Cafe will extend the season for an additional two shows!  The season will now run from the 2nd Saturday in October through the 2nd Saturday in May!  More outstanding music and a greater opportunity for all of us to contribute to our community!

Get your tickets now.  This season promises to be our best ever!

Oliver's Carriage House is the setting for a fantastic evening of music, food and beverages. It is an intimate setting where guests enjoy premium bottled beer, fine wine, great food and exceptional live music.

2nd Saturday Cafe is held on the second Saturday of every month from October to March. The admission price of just $20.00, includes hot and cold Hors D'oeuvres, sodas, water, coffee and desert.  Premium bottled beer and a selection of fine wine are sold for just $3.00 each!

2nd Saturday is a 100% charitable event. All proceeds are donated to the Agape House Project, a community outreach in Baltimore City that cares for children and others in need. This project is one of the Kittamaqundi Community Church's many community oriented activities

The concert series was created in 1999 by Guy Clatterbaugh. After participating as a volunteer for a couple of years, the event management was turned over to Dennis Ottey in 2002. A strong group of dedicated volunteers has helped to make the event a must see. Many consider our concert series to be the hottest ticket in Columbia!
For 2009, A new volunteer, Brady Schafer, has stepped up to lead the team. With the committment and support of many, we hope to continue our work for years to come.  Karen & Barry Leech will return as Bar and Beverage Captains.  Tracy Wade and Gloria Uduka will support the food services along with Guy Clatterbaugh who has once again volunteered to bring us some great food several times this season.  Dean Ashbaucher returns to continue his support as Agape House Liaison and all-round contributor. Paul Streb will support promotions and Dennis will manage finance, website and support Brady where needed.  Our wonderful Hostess, Mary Durning returns for her 9th year at the door to ensure a warm welcome for our guests. We are still seeking some help on the clean up team and welcome any inquiries.  Remember, this is an all volunteer effort.  Be a part of the fun! write Brady@2ndsaturdaycafe.com if you are interested.
